M, Congregations, Pagan Origins, Torah - The original Nazarenes had several main features. They were not "Catholic," i.e., they were not trinitarian or modalist. They were "zealous for the (Mosaic) Law." They did not impose the (Mosaic, Jewish) Law on Gentiles, and they did not impose the "leavening of the Pharisees," i.e. rabbinic adulteration of Mosaic Law, on anyone. These principles are also some of the guiding principles of KYE.
